Baresols Return & Refund Policy
At Baresols, every item is made to order with care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order has a defect, is damaged in transit, or is different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- Your order number
Once we verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Cancellations & Changes
Since each item is custom-made, we can only accept order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this, production has started, and changes cannot be made.
We encourage customers to double-check their order details before placing an order to ensure accuracy.
